Abstract

The paper explores the interplay between leadership agility and change management within educational organizations. It delves into the significance of leadership agility as a crucial factor in navigating the dynamic and complex educational landscape. The study examines how change management strategies, when effectively implemented, can enhance the adaptability and resilience of educational institutions. The paper argues that leaders must possess agility to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, both of which are vital for meeting the evolving needs of students, educators, and the broader community. Through a series of case studies, the paper highlights the challenges and opportunities associated with integrating leadership agility into change management initiatives. The findings suggest that a strategic approach to leadership agility can lead to more effective change processes, improved organizational performance, and a greater capacity for ongoing adaptation within educational settings.
