Abstract

This paper explores the relationship between leadership styles and organizational performance in educational institutions, providing valuable insights for administrators and policymakers. Through a comprehensive review of relevant literature and empirical studies, the study identifies various leadership styles, such as transactional, transformational, and servant leadership, and their impact on key performance indicators in educational settings. The analysis reveals that transformational and servant leadership styles tend to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading to improved academic outcomes, student satisfaction, and overall organizational performance. The study further examines the moderating factors that can influence the effectiveness of different leadership styles, such as organizational culture, leadership experience, and resource allocation. By emphasizing the importance of adopting an appropriate leadership style, the paper offers practical recommendations for educational leaders to enhance the performance of their institutions and contribute to the success of their students.
