Abstract

The paper explores the significance of organizational culture in educational institutions and the critical role it plays in managing change. It begins by defining organizational culture and its various components, such as values, norms, and shared beliefs, which shape the identity and behavior of individuals within the institution. The paper then delves into the challenges that educational institutions face when implementing change and how organizational culture can either facilitate or hinder this process.
