Psychological Well-being and Job Satisfaction among Educational Administrators

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between psychological well-being and job satisfaction among educational administrators. The research aims to examine the factors that contribute to the mental health and job happiness of administrators in educational institutions. Through a quantitative methodology involving a survey of administrators from various school districts, this study identifies key predictors of well-being and job satisfaction. Findings indicate that a supportive work environment, recognition of achievements, and work-life balance significantly contribute to the psychological well-being and job satisfaction of educational administrators. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of addressing stressors and providing professional development opportunities to enhance the mental health of administrators, which in turn can lead to better leadership and school performance. The implications of these findings for policy-making and administrative practices are discussed, emphasizing the need for a holistic approach to support the mental health and job satisfaction of educational administrators.
