Abstract

The paper explores the utilization of positive psychology interventions in educational leadership. Positive psychology, a field that focuses on the strengths and virtues of individuals, offers a unique perspective on enhancing leadership practices in educational settings. This abstract delves into the various positive psychology interventions that have been implemented in educational leadership, including mindfulness training, gratitude exercises, and strengths-based approaches. It discusses how these interventions can foster a positive school climate, improve teacher well-being, and ultimately enhance student outcomes. The study highlights the importance of leadership in promoting a culture of resilience and well-being among educators and students. Furthermore, it examines the challenges and opportunities associated with integrating positive psychology into educational leadership practices, and offers recommendations for future research and implementation.
