The study also highlights the importance of school and classroom environments in nurturing psychological empowerment, as well as the need for professional development opportunities that cater to individual teachers' needs. This research underscores the importance of addressing factors that contribute to psychological empowerment to ultimately enhance the effectiveness of teachers and, consequently, the quality of education.
